Age Group:
Babies: This is not an activity designed for infants, however they'll enjoy seeing the it with their older siblings or friends. I am sure they will love watching the animals.

Toddlers: Toddlers will enjoy walking through the pens and petting animals, checking out the barnyard animals and learning a bit about how these animals live. You can compare the animals to some of those that appear in books your kid are familiar with. Going on a hay-ride and picking pumpkins for Halloween is fun, and running through the corn maze!

Older children: Older kids will also enjoy the up close and personal with the animals. They might also enjoy the hayride and enjoy figuring out the corn maze.

What is there to Do and See?
Capella Farm grows super-sweet corn, squash, gourds, ornamental corn, peas, beans, strawberries, pumpkins, herbs, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, hay and cut flowers. They bring in the best quality fruit from the Okanagan, tomatoes, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, apples, melons, and cherries. The best tasting strawberries and blueberries grown without sprays. Provides a full line of vegetables and fruit, home-baked fruit pies and preserves.
Also brings in certified organic fruit and vegetables, beef and chicken. They also raise their own beef, chicken, pork and eggs.

Hayrides around the corn field, pumpkin patch and vegetable fields are available. They have over 10 acres in pumpkins, daily hay rides for U-pick pumpkins in October. They even do a haunted house for small kids and a corn maze is available. Weekends is open for the petting zoo and hayrides, concession stand and U-pick strawberries.
