Location:
From Vancouver: Traveling East follow Highway one, follow signs to Maple Ridge—Pitt Meadows ( Hwy 7 ) Continue traveling East until you come to 240Street, turn left ( North ), first set of lights is 102 Ave, turn right ( East) follow 102 Ave, it will turn into 100 Ave, from this point it is a 3 minute drive. We are on the North side. Watch for this sign.

From Langley / Ft. Langley: Fort Langley Ferry turn right off the ferry over tracks you are now on 240 Street, first set of lights is Lougheed Hwy, go straight across. Second set is 102 Ave turn right ( East) follow 102 Ave, it will turn into 100 Ave, from this point it is a 3 minute drive. We are on the North side. Watch for this sign

General Information:
Come join us for the ultimate hands-on experience. We offer several different hands-on sessions, spend an hour, half day or a full day in the company of Raptors in private tranquil settings.

Age Group:
Babies: Not appropriate.

Toddlers: Not appropriate

Older children: This is great for kids who enjoy birds, this age group is up to you!

Cost: (Currently)
Hawk Walk: Approximately one hour. $30.00 Per Person
Raptor Discovery: Approximately 3 hours. $ 65.00 Per Person
Falconer for a Day: Approximately 6 hours $ 125.00 Per Person
A packed lunch is required. We can supply lunch for an extra $ 5.00

For your convenience Raptors Ridge now offers an unforgettable experience giving you the opportunity to discover more about the wonderful world of Birds of Prey.
We are offering several different Hands-on sessions for the Bird of Prey enthusiast .
Amongst the tall timbers , fern laden forest floor and gently flowing creek waters ,come spend an hour, half the day or a full day in the company of Raptors in this ,a very tranquil setting!
At Raptors Ridge we use only captive-bred and raised birds of prey. Including Red-tailed Hawks, Harris Hawks, and Owls.

Programs to choose from:

Hawk Walk
A unforgettable experience, to receive instructions about handling raptors. Together with one of our Harris Hawks, (that sits upon your fist) and falconer . Learn about local raptors in our area, while enjoying a walk in the woods.

Raptor Discovery
This interactive experience is designed for those wishing to experience handling and flying trained raptors. Learn how to approach, pick up, and handle hawks. Plenty of hands-on opportunities.

Falconer for a Day
Experience a whole day in the company of Raptors! You will learn all the basic knowledge for Falconry. Experience the thrill of a trained raptor flying to and from your fist, learn the elusive falconers knot, you will also learn how to make some of the equipment, that is used in falconry, assist in training a raptor to hunt, ( we use decoys), extend your knowledge for these majestic masters of the sky. Interactions with the raptors is a thrill beyond words.

Shutter Bug Corner
We will be offering photographer days. Come challenge your Shutter speed and Lens with these quick moving birds! Please contact us for dates available and rates. Net proceeds from Shutter Bug corner goes to O.W.L. (Bird of Prey Rescue Centre).
