World-Famous Lumberjack Show
Grouse Mountain’s Lumberjack Show features a crew of champion performers showcasing their skills atop Grouse Mountain. An impressive outdoor set features two logging camps from the early 1900s, where Johnny Nelson from the Green River logging camp prepares to battle Willie McGee from Blue Mountain to determine the top lumberjack. The 45-minute show offers fast paced entertainment and features log rolling, a 60-foot tree climb, two-man peg and raker saws, axe throwing, and an exciting springboard chop - the only three-board event in North America.
Runs May long weekend through to the October long weekend. Each show is 45 minutes.

 Grouse Mountain Refuge for Endangered Wildlife
Imagine a wilderness sanctuary where endangered animals can explore and play, knowing they’re safe and secure. You’ll find all this and more at our research, education and conservation centre on the mountain. The Refuge also offers leading-edge interpretative programs that make learning about nature fun and fascinating - and it’s all included in your Alpine Experience ticket.

 Birds in Motion
For thousands of years man has been captivated by the effortless flight of birds of prey. From the aerial majesty of a Golden Eagle soaring on the thermals, to the breathtaking rush of a Peregrine Falcon diving from the sky, these birds have captured our hearts and imaginations. Now Grouse Mountain, in cooperation with the Pacific Northwest Raptors, invites you to witness some of nature's finest athletes demonstrate what they do best - "free flight". 

 Birds in Motion Demonstrations
May long weekend-September 2016. Each Demonstration is 30 minutes.

Peak Chairlift Ride
Soaring to an altitude of 4,100 feet above sea level, our scenic Peak Chairlift will transport you to the apex of Grouse Mountain in a ride time of fourteen minutes. At the summit, be amazed by a spectacular panorama that reveals the beauty and scale of Vancouver, and the grandeur of the Pacific Ocean as it graces the coastline for as far as the eye can see.Daily Rides available throughout the summer months from10:00am-8:30pm. Access to the Peak Chair is included with a Peak Experience ticket.

Peak Chairlift Ride Operations

On-mountain upgrade from Alpine Experience - $7

Minimum height requirement for the chairlift ride is 1 metre.

Guided Eco-Walks
Learn about local flora and fauna, the history of Grouse Mountain and the local geology of the North Shore mountains. This 45-minute walk with a knowledgeable Grouse Mountain guide will take you across the mountain plateau and the serene Blue Grouse Lake area, home of the híwus feasthouse and cultural centre.

45-minute walks begin at 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm. Tours meet at the large map kiosk outside the Chalet.

Guided Eco-Walks are included with any Alpine Experience ticket or Annual Local's Pass.

The Theatre in the Sky
Learn about Grouse Mountain’s fascinating native and adopted wildlife in our mountaintop high definition cinema.

 Theatre Showtimes & Info
Shows run weekdays with first show at 9:30am and last show at 8:00pm.  Weekend, first show at 9:00am and last show at 9:30pm.

Extremely Wild - Playing on every half hour
Summer 2017 Features - Playing on the hour (rotating) - Starting May 20, 2017

Fore! (Disc Golf)
Try your hand at one of summer’s best fun and fitness activities. The 18-hole course at Grouse Mountain is located atop The Cut, taking advantage of the mountain terrain. Discs are available for sale at The Outpost or Outfitters. Sign in at the Outpost to get your score card. Don’t know much about disc golf? Check out the Wikipedia article to learn more about this fantastic sport. Accessing the course is complimentary with an Alpine Experience ticket or Annual Local’s Pass.
