Captain Cook
Park
3398 E 54th Avenue (@ Champlain Crescent)
Wide paths
curve through Captain Cook Park, a peaceful place to come for
a walk or to relax on a bench under the towering poplar trees.
Fern and thimbleberry-lined trails wind through the natural area
of the park, linking to other parks in the area.

Champlain
Heights Park

A lively park, Champlain
Heights Park is well-integrated with the community centre facilities.
A playing field, colourful children’s playground, and tennis
courts are all adjacent to beautiful forested areas.

Everett Crowley Park
8200 Kerr Street (@ SE Marine Drive)
Everett Crowley is
a green sanctuary. From the views of patterned Richmond farmlands
to the tranquil New Kinross Creek and Avalon Pond, many people
enjoy the variety of informal spaces in this park; there are many
trails and quiet places to enjoy choruses of birds and a lush
woodland feel.
Killarney Park
6205 Kerr Street (@ Waverley Street)
Killarney combines
open space and community facilities to provide a wide range of
recreation opportunities. For those with something quieter in
mind, try walking the tree-lined paths or relaxing in the pine
grove or rainwater garden.

Kinross Ravine Park
3350 SE Marine Drive (@ Kinross Street)
Kinross Ravine Park
is a little pocket of wilderness on a steep piece of land above
the East Fraserlands. A switchback path winds down the slope,
with a pleasant place to sit on a bench overlooking the Fraser
River; a staircase also leads down into the ravine.
Riverfront Park
2750 E Kent Street S (@ Elliott Street)
Walking along the shore
of the mighty Fraser River is a peaceful and restorative experience.
Riverfront Park’s rose- and poplar-lined pathways are its
biggest draw, but the park also offers picnic and play areas,
all with breathtaking views.

Rosemont Park
3101 Rosemont Drive (@ Kerr Street)
This broad, sweeping
curve of park creates a boulevard-style connection between the
parks of the neighbourhood. A path meanders around stands of trees,
where blackberries can sometimes be found for a late-summer treat.
Sparwood Park
6998 Arlington Street (@ Whithorn Court)
Sparwood Park is home
to both small wooded areas and open lawns. Stroll through the
beautiful allée of hazelnut trees, or slip through one
of the many curving paths and walkways that extend from Sparwood
Park into the surrounding neighbourhoods.
