Bobolink Park

2510 Hoylake Avenue (@ Muirfield Drive)

Bobolink’s quiet location and perimeter pathways make it a wonderful place for a stroll. The open fields are perfect for flying a kite or throwing a ball, and the playground area is popular with younger children.

Recreation Facilities: Adult Softball, Field House, Playground, Soccer Fields, Wading Pool

Fraserview Park
7595 Victoria Drive (@ E 61st Avenue)

This pleasant park is lined with attractive linden, oak, and tulip trees. People enjoy starting their days here, chatting with neighbours or walking under the trees. Kids also enjoy playing baseball or having fun on the playground.

Gladstone-Riverside Park
2500 E Kent Street S (@ Nanaimo Street)

Gladstone features a popular walking trail and pier, both with many opportunities to view the Fraser River. Natural forest adds to the park’s informal and invigorating atmosphere.


Gordon Park
6675 Commercial Street (@ E 49th Avenue)

This long expanse of greenspace offers plenty of space to run, play, or relax. Majestic oak trees line the perimeter walkway, and the tennis courts and playground are popular almost year-round.

Humm Park
7250 Humm Street (@ Upland Drive)

This small park is tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Whether finding a tranquil spot to relax on the grass or sharing a game of tennis, Humm Park is a great place to stop by. This park was named for its bounding street.

Recreation Facilities: Basketball Court, Playground, Tennis Courts

Nanaimo Park
2390 E 46th Avenue (@ Nanaimo Street)

This large, open park features popular sports fields, but is also a great place to add to a stroll through the neighbourhood. Whether playing baseball, watching children at the playground, or reading a book in the shade of a tree, Nanaimo Park is an appealing place to be.

Tecumseh Park
1751 E 45th Avenue (@ Bruce Street)

Tecumseh is at present a relatively informal park. A playground is enjoyed by neighbourhood children, and the site is surrounded by a variety of trees.

Recreation Facilities: Dogs Off-Leash, Playground, Soccer Field
