Hastings Mill Park
1575 Alma Street (@ Point Grey Road)
Hastings Mill Park’s grassy, open field
allows views to the tall masts and inviting water of the harbour
and ocean beyond. A children’s playground, seating areas,
and the charming historic Hastings Mill Store Museum make this
an interesting and lovely destination.

Jean Beaty Park
3393 Point Grey Road (@ Waterloo Street)
This small park offers refreshing views of English
Bay and the North Shore Mountains. A large cherry tree frames
the views, and flower beds overflow with colour and texture in
the spring and summer. A steep stairway leads to the cool, fresh
air of the rocky beach below.
Jericho Beach Park
3941 Point Grey Road (@ Wallace Street)
In the summer, Jericho’s immensely popular
beaches and sailing club attract people from all over Vancouver
who want to experience the sparkling waters of English Bay. The
park offers plenty of recreation opportunities during other seasons
as well, from tennis and field sports to bird-watching opportunities,
picnic areas, and plenty of trails and paths along the water and
through the forested areas.

Locarno Beach Park
4445 NW Marine Drive (@ Trimble Street)
Like its neighbouring parks lining English Bay,
Locarno Beach Park offers lovely sand beaches that are enjoyed
by many. The park also includes a picnic area surrounded by beautifully
textured cedars, woodland areas, and an open playing field.

Spanish Bank Beach Park
4801 NW Marine Drive (@ Blanca Street)
Silent and sparkling on summer mornings, Spanish
Bank Beach quickly fills with people as the temperature rises.
One of Vancouver’s most popular beaches, this great expanse
of sand and surf is loved by beach volleyball players, sunbathers,
swimmers, and those who like to relax and enjoy the spectacular
views.

West Point Grey Park
2250 Trimble Street (@ W 8th Avenue)
High above English Bay, the views from West Point
Grey Park are long and inspiring. Grand trees reach skyward, providing
shade for the large playground that is almost always occupied
by happy children; ample sports fields appear to go on forever
as they stretch out to join the views of English Bay and the North
Shore.

Westmount Park
4651 W 2nd Avenue (@ Blanca Street)
This small and quiet park is filled with Douglasfir and dogwood
trees. English Bay can be glimpsed through the boughs of these
trees, which also shelter a playground area.
